The most powerful chiller in the range. The Chiller Ice 2HP is built for commercial environments, professional recovery setups, or any situation where cooling speed, volume capacity, and consistent temperature control are non-negotiable.

At 2HP, it reaches 2°C faster than any other model in the range and holds it there reliably even under frequent use or higher ambient temperatures. It generates more heat exhaust than smaller units and is designed to be installed in a plant room, utility area, or well-ventilated space rather than placed alongside the tub.

Recommended use: all tub models. Best suited to commercial or professional environments, high-volume setups, or serious home practitioners who want the highest level of performance available.

Cooling time

2–3 hours to reach the lowest temperature under normal conditions. The fastest cooling time of any model in the range.

Setup

1. Plan your installation location carefully. The Chiller Ice generates significant heat exhaust and must be positioned in a well-ventilated area.
2. Do not install in an enclosed space without proper ventilation planning.
3. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses from the chiller to the tub fittings. Hose length may be required depending on the distance between the chiller installation point and the tub.
4. Fill the tub before switching the chiller on. Ensure water level is above the intake height.
5. Connect to power (confirm outlet type with user manual for your region).
6. Set up the TUYA Smart app on a 2.4 GHz network and set your target temperature.

Settings

• WiFi control via TUYA Smart app
• Ambient temperature sensor alerts are normal at extreme ambient temperatures. Refer to the troubleshooting guide if these occur.
