Ultra X2 Chiller

The most popular chiller in the range. The X2 brings WiFi app control, faster cooling than the X1, and a choice between two variants: the Original for straightforward everyday use, and the Pro for users who want enhanced filtration and lower maintenance between sessions.

At 0.3HP, the X2 sits in the sweet spot for most home cold plunge setups. Powerful enough to cool a 300–450L tub to a genuinely cold temperature, quiet enough to run continuously, and compact enough to position discreetly beside any inflatable or cedar tub.

Recommended use: Pod, Pro, Barrel, Cedar Solo, and Cedar Duo. Ideal for single users with a consistent daily practice.

Cooling time

Approximately 8–12 hours to reach target temperature.

Setup

1. Position the chiller on a stable, level surface beside your tub.
2. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the corresponding fittings on the tub.
3. Fill the tub before switching the chiller on. Ensure water level is above the chiller intake height.
4. Download the TUYA Smart app and connect to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
5. Set your target temperature in the app or on the unit directly.
6. Allow 8–12 hours for the water to reach your target temperature.

Settings

• P1: Temperature hysteresis (default 2°C) — controls how far above the target temperature the compressor restarts
• P2: Compressor start-up delay (default 3 minutes) — protects the compressor on restart
• P3: Display toggle between °C and °F
