My Cedar Tub arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated an hour ago

If you notice damage at delivery:

  1. Do not install or fill the tub

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The crate/pallet (before unwrapping, if possible)

    • The pallet label

    • All visible external damage

    • The stainless-steel liner

    • The cedar exterior

    • Full tub interior

    • Close-up of the liner

    • Exterior cedar photos (all sides)

    • Drain valve area

    • Underside of the tub

    • Crate/pallet photos (if recently delivered)

  3. Note any damage on the driver’s delivery paperwork (if applicable)

Please email support with your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery.

We will immediately open a damage-on-arrival inspection and guide you through repair or replacement.
