What you get

• A trade discount on your project. Our standard trade discount is 5% off the product price. Larger or multi-unit projects may qualify for more, and we’ll confirm this in your quote.
• A formal written quote you can share with your client. It includes products, pricing, delivery to your nominated address, lead times and warranty terms.
• Product and site information for your planning, such as dimensions, weight, power requirements and access needs.
• One point of contact from quote through to delivery.

How to get a trade quote
Email [email protected] (AU, NZ, UK) or [email protected] (US) with the subject “Trade Quote” and include:

1. your business name and website (or ABN / company number / EIN)
2. your name, role and phone number
3. the products and quantities you’re interested in, including chiller choice and cedar colour if relevant
4. the full delivery address: the site, your warehouse or your client’s home
5. your timeline, if you have a deadline.
6. We’ll send your quote within 2 business days.

How it works

1. Quote: we send you a formal quote, valid for 30 days. Prices and stock can change after that, but if your quote expires, just ask, and we’ll reissue it.
2. Approve: reply to confirm, along with any changes to the products, colour or delivery address.
3. Pay: we send you a secure invoice with your trade discount already applied. Pay online by card. Your order is reserved once payment is received.
4. Delivery: we dispatch to the address on your quote and send you tracking. Freight carriers will contact the delivery contact to book a time, so make sure we have the right name and number for the site.

Good to know

• Discounts can’t be added after you’ve ordered. Trade pricing is applied through your quote and invoice. If you’ve already ordered through the website, we can’t add a trade discount afterwards, so contact us before you buy.
• Sales and promo codes: trade pricing doesn’t combine with sitewide sales or promo codes. During a sale, we’ll quote you whichever gives you the better price.
• Lead times: in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days for freight. Made-to-order items (Cedar, Acrylic and XEN) depend on production, and we’ll confirm a date in your quote. Delivery times by region are in our Shipping Policy.
• Installation: we don’t provide installation. White Glove Delivery is available for XEN Saunas and Cedar Tubs in selected areas (see Shipping Policy). Everything else is installed by your own trades, and we’ll give you what they need to quote it.
• Placement and ventilation: if you’re building a chiller into joinery, it needs ventilation, at least 100 cm of clear space around the vents, and easy access for maintenance. Keep it as close to the tub as possible. Send us your plans, and we’ll check them before you build.
• Warranty: products bought through trade carry the same warranty as any other purchase, from the delivery date. Your client can make a claim directly using the order number. See Limited Warranty Policy.
• Returns: our standard Returns Policy applies. Large items like Cedar Tubs, Acrylic Tubs and XEN Saunas must be pre-arranged, so please confirm specifications with your client before ordering.
