Overview
The Ultra Ice is Vital+'s commercial-grade 2 HP chiller; the most powerful unit in the range and the only one built explicitly for commercial and professional use. It cools 300 litres of water from 25°C to near-freezing in approximately 2.3–3.2 hours depending on voltage configuration, with a maximum cooling capacity of up to 5,000W at 220–240V.

Filtration
All units include the Pro filtration system as standard: an integrated sediment filter, integrated 20-micron filter, and ozone sanitisation system. This makes the Ultra Ice the most low-maintenance option in the range from a water quality perspective, with the ozone system running intermittently to keep water cleaner between changes.
App & Connectivity
The Ultra Ice connects via the Tuya Smart app (iOS and Android). WiFi requires a 2.4 GHz network. From the app, you can set temperature targets, configure cooling schedules, adjust ozone settings, and monitor the unit in real time. The LCD panel shows current water temperature, water flow rate, WiFi status, ozone, defrost cycle, and any active fault codes.
Heating Mode
With a water temperature range up to 113˚F (45°C), the Ultra Max can also function as a warm water heater useful for contrast therapy protocols or transitioning between cold and heat within the same session.
Commercial Use
The Ultra Ice is the only Vital+ chiller rated for commercial and professional environments. Its 2 HP compressor, dual-voltage compatibility, and IPX-4 water-resistance certification make it suitable for gyms, wellness studios, recovery centres, and high-volume professional use.
