The Ultra Max is Vital+'s most powerful residential chiller, built for serious practitioners who want to reach near-freezing temperatures quickly and reliably. A 1 HP compressor delivers 2,700W of cooling capacity and cools water to as low as 1–2°C in under 3 hours*. Three-stage filtration including ozone sanitisation keeps water clean for up to four weeks between changes.

Filtration
Original includes an integrated sediment filter and an external 20-micron filter. The Pro upgrades to a fully integrated three-stage system: sediment filter, integrated 20-micron filter, and an ozone sanitisation system. Ozone runs intermittently and is configurable via the panel or app. Replace the 20-micron paper filter every 4–6 weeks. Clean the built-in filter mesh monthly and the dust net every 3 months. Always switch off the RCD before replacing the paper filter element.
App & Connectivity
The Ultra Max connects via the Tuya Smart app (iOS and Android). WiFi requires a 2.4 GHz network. From the app, you can set temperature targets, configure cooling schedules, adjust ozone settings, and monitor the unit in real time. The LCD panel shows current water temperature, water flow rate, WiFi status, ozone, defrost cycle, and any active fault codes.
Heating Mode
With a water temperature range up to 113˚F (45°C), the Ultra Max can also function as a warm water heater useful for contrast therapy protocols or transitioning between cold and heat within the same session.
