The Ice Bath takes as little as 10 minutes to set-up. On delivery, you will receive a user manual with direction on how to complete the set up, the list of components and a QR code link with a demonstration.

No, ensure to place it on a flat, stable surface. Minimal assembly is required. Refer to the user guide QR code provided on delivery and with a video link demonstration on the set up.
Generally we recommend cleaning every 2 weeks or 3 if you are using the tub a few times each week. Our team personally uses their tubs every morning and replace the water every 3 weeks. Additionally, many of our customers are also using pool cleaning

When full, it’s quite heavy. It’s best to position it where you want it before filling. If empty, it can be relocated more easily.
