How long does the Ice Bath Barrel take to set up?
The Ice Bath takes as little as 10 minutes to set-up. On delivery, you will receive a user manual with direction on how to complete the set up, the list of components and a QR code link with a demonstration.
How cold should the water be for an ice bath?
Ideal ice bath temperature is below 10 degrees. Most users aim for 5-10°C (41–50°F). Adjusted based on personal tolerance and experience. Note: the use of a chiller unit will support in maintaining lower temperatures without continuous ice replenishm
Do I need any special installation?
No, ensure to place it on a flat, stable surface. Minimal assembly is required. Refer to the user guide QR code provided on delivery and with a video link demonstration on the set up.
How often do I have to replace the water in my Ice Bath Barrel?
Generally we recommend cleaning every 2 weeks or 3 if you are using the tub a few times each week. Our team personally uses their tubs every morning and replace the water every 3 weeks. Additionally, many of our customers are also using pool cleaning
Do I need to add ice every time?
Yes, unless you have a Chiller. A Chiller maintains low temperatures without continuous ice replenishment. Note: the use of a chiller unit will support in maintaining lower temperatures without continuous ice replenishment. See Chiller FAQ and Chille

The Ice Bath Barrel is suitable both indoors and outdoors, with many users keeping theirs outdoors. At all times, ensure it’s on level ground and protected from extreme weather when not in use. Ensure this has an accessible water supply (tap) nearby,
How do I fill the Ice Bath Barrel?
Simply fill it with a garden hose or other water source. Add ice or use a Chiller for cold maintenance.
Does the Barrel come with a drain system?
Yes, this models feature an integrated drain valve, making it easy to empty and clean.
Can I move the Barrel once filled?
When full, it’s quite heavy. It’s best to position it where you want it before filling. If empty, it can be relocated more easily.
Can two people share an Ice Bath Barrel?
This models standard sizes are intended for a single user at a time.
Does it include a cover?
Yes, our barrels come with a thermal lid.
