What comes in the box?
Your XEN sauna arrives as one multipack of 3 cartons (one multipack = one pallet). Inside you’ll find the sauna panels/bench, glass door, control box, red-light therapy unit, screws/handles and the user manual. Please check the parts list in the manu
How many people do I need to assemble the sauna?
At least two adults are required for safe assembly. The manual also recommends protecting the wood surfaces during assembly.
What tools are required to assemble it?
No! No tools are required to construct the sauna as it is a modular design. However, to attach the redlight feature, a screwdriver is needed, but not to worry, this is provided.
How long does assembly take?
Self-assembly time varies by experience and space, but expect to allow time for careful assembly and checks - typically 45-60 minutes.
What are the assembled dimensions — will it fit through my doorway?
Assembled size: 980 × 1030 × 1950 mm (approx **39” × 40.5” × 76.8” tall). Please measure doorways, hallways and turns on the path to the installation location before purchase.
How heavy are the cartons — do I need special help?
Total packaged gross ≈ 145 kg / 320 lb per multipack; the heaviest carton is around 70 kg / 150 lb. We advise two-person handling and that carriers use 2-person teams for cartons ≥ 40 kg
Where can I place the sauna in my home?
Indoor, dry, level locations only. Keep the sauna at least 13 cm (5 in) clear from walls, ensure a solid, level floor, and check the power cord will reach a dedicated outlet. Do not place near water or flammable surfaces.
What are the electrical requirements / power?
The sauna’s power rating is 1600W (plus a separate 90W red light module). Use a dedicated grounded wall outlet, do not use extension leads, power strips or share the outlet with other high-power appliances. The control box includes a 20A fuse reset.
How do I prepare my home before delivery?
Measure doorways/paths, clear obstacles, ensure a level paved area for curbside drop, and confirm the power outlet location.
What should I inspect at delivery?
Open the pallet area if safe, inspect cartons for visible damage before signing. If you see damage, note it on the driver’s paperwork, take clear photos (carton, pallet label, damaged area) and Contact Support immediately.
How do I set up and operate the sauna?
Follow the user manual for assembly and controls: connect the internal cables, fit the bench, attach the door/handle and plug into the dedicated outlet. Use the control panel to set temperature and time — timers can be set from 5 to 90 minutes. Allow
What are the red-light therapy instructions?
Use the red-light therapy for 10–20 minutes per session, up to 5 times per week. Eye protection is provided and must be used when the red light is on. Align and plug the red light unit as shown in the manual.
Can children or pregnant people use the sauna?
Children should not use the sauna unsupervised. If pregnant, on medication, or with a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. The manual includes a list of health cautions — please read it fully.
What happens if parts are missing or damaged?
If parts are missing, Contact Support with your order number and photos of the packed contents. For damage in transit, note damage with the driver, take photos and open a support ticket, we’ll arrange an investigation with the carrier and proceed wit
What warranty does the sauna have and can I extend it?
Standard warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects. You may purchase an additional 12-month extension at checkout for total 24 months.
