Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already shipped and you'd like to return it, see our Returns Policy.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll confirm within one business day whether dispatch has occurred.
Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed and a request to our support team is not a confirmation of cancellation. Charges are applicable for items that need to be returned under our above policy.
Changes to your order
All changes must be requested before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made and you would need to follow the returns and exchange process after delivery.
- Address changes: Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. Delivery details can only be guaranteed before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we'll do our best to coordinate a redirection with the carrier, however this is not always possible and any applicable redirection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Product changes (size, colour, or model): Possible before dispatch, subject to stock availability. Please email our team to enquire.
