Delivery SurchargesUpdated a day ago

If a destination surcharge has appeared at checkout, it means your delivery address is in a regional, rural, or remote area that incurs additional freight costs from our carrier.

Why do surcharges apply?

Vital+ products are large, heavy items that require specialist freight handling. Delivering to locations outside of major metro and suburban areas involves longer routes, additional carrier handling, and in some cases specialist transport; costs that our carrier passes on as a destination surcharge.

How is the surcharge calculated?

The surcharge is automatically calculated based on your delivery postcode or ZIP code and the product(s) in your order. It is set by our freight carrier and reflects the additional cost of servicing your location.

The exact amount will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. You will never be charged a surcharge after your order is placed.

What areas are affected?

Australia

Surcharges apply to select postcodes that fall outside standard metro and suburban delivery zones. This includes regional towns, rural areas, and remote locations. Most customers in major cities and surrounding suburbs will not see a surcharge.

United States

Surcharges apply to select ZIP codes that fall outside standard delivery zones, including rural areas, remote locations, and certain regional destinations. Most customers in major metro areas will not see a surcharge.

Can I avoid the surcharge?

The destination surcharge is a carrier-set fee based on your postcode or ZIP code and cannot be waived or negotiated. If you have a business address or alternative metro delivery address, this may result in a lower or no surcharge. Please enter your alternative address at checkout to check.

Can I check before ordering?

Yes. Proceed to checkout and enter your address at the shipping step to see whether a surcharge applies before committing to payment. You can also contact our team and we can confirm for you.
