The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mould and bacteria build up. A quick dry & machine washable absorbent sweat mat for the bottom of the sauna is included in every order. 

After use, we recommended leaving the door flap open to air and wiping down the water vapor on the inside walls. We also recommend that after every session, wipe down the interior surfaces with a soft cloth to remove sweat and moisture. 

Using a solution of water and vinegar to remove those stains is also recommended. This can be effective in cleaning and removing residue. This simple step helps prevent odors and bacteria buildup in both steam and infrared saunas.
