Parcel Delivery

Smaller items such as portable cold plunges, saunapods, most chillers, accessories and add-ons are shipped via standard parcel carriers and delivered directly to your door. 

Parcel deliveries are sent as a non-signature service, which means:

• A signature is not required at the time of delivery.
• If no one is home, your carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location at their discretion.
• Vital+ is not responsible for parcels left unattended at the delivery address post delivery.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property and with neighbours first, then contact our support team and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

LTL (Freight) Delivery

Large items such as the cedar tub, acrylic tub, the XEN sauna, and some chillers are shipped via freight carriers and delivered to the kerbside or ground floor entry point of your property only.

LTL standard freight (kerbside) delivery does not include:

• Carrying items up long or steep driveways
• Carrying items upstairs or through narrow access points
• Unpacking, placement, or assembly

Need more than kerbside? We offer White Glove Delivery in Australia and the United States:

• White Glove Delivery can be selected at checkout. 
• If you didn't select it at the time of purchase and need extra help, contact our support team and we'll advise on what's available for your order. 
• Delivery scheduling is managed entirely by the carrier; Vital+ is unable to organise or adjust bookings on your behalf.
• Please ensure your property access is clear and suitable for a large freight delivery ahead of your scheduled date. Your end mile carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery window.
