Choosing your model
Both SaunaPods are portable, fold flat, and require no professional installation. The Infrared uses panels to heat your body directly, delivering dry heat that penetrates deeper into muscle tissue. The Steam uses a separate unit to generate hot, humid air, closer to the feel of a traditional sauna. Neither can be converted to the other as they use completely different heating systems and materials.

SaunaPod Infrared
A portable personal infrared sauna using far-infrared heating and 660nm red light therapy. Sets up in approximately 15 minutes with no professional installation required.

How it works
Unlike steam or traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared panels heat your body directly, penetrating more deeply into muscle and joint tissue at lower ambient air temperatures. Many users find infrared sessions more comfortable than traditional saunas, allowing for longer sessions.
The 660nm red light strips are associated with cellular repair and recovery. The four-colour chromotherapy system allows you to personalise each session:
- Red: energy and circulation
- Green: balance and calm
- Blue: relaxation and tension relief
- Purple: introspection and recovery
Indoor use only
The SaunaPod Infrared is not weatherproof due to its electrical components. Do not use in rain or wet outdoor conditions. Indoor use is strongly recommended.

Before your first session
Fill the external steam unit before switching on. Keep the pod zipped closed during the warm-up period to retain heat. Allow 10–15 minutes to reach temperature before entering.
Using essential oils
Essential oils should only be added to the small circular steam dispenser inside the tent. Never add oils directly to the external steam chamber as this will damage the unit.
Indoor and outdoor use
Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. For outdoor use, protect the unit from significant weather events. The steam unit must not be exposed to rain.
