It&apos;s&#xA0;more comfortable for most people, which means longer sessions are easier to sustain.</li></ul>Before you get in<ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">A good starting temperature is 122&#x2013;131&#xB0;F (50&#x2013;55&#xB0;C). You don&apos;t need to go to the maximum straight away. The therapeutic effects are well established at moderate temperatures.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Allow the full preheat time before entering. Getting in early means the panels are still ramping up and the session will be less effective.</li></ul>In the pod<ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">Start with 20&#x2013;30 minutes for your first session. Build to 40&#x2013;45 minutes as your body adapts.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Keep the pod zipped during your session to maintain temperature.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Use the red light strips throughout your session. Sustained exposure is more effective than short bursts.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Chromotherapy is worth experimenting with. Blue and cooler tones suit decompression and evening sessions.
