If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking link provide by email or the Shopify app for any updates. Delays can occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. If your tracking information has not updated or if your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support for assistance. Please also note that there are instance where package my be split delivered. Refer back to the tracking information where appropriate for my details. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
