Are Vital+ chillers weatherproof?
Yes. The Ultra X2 Chiller and Chiller Max (Original and Pro variants) carry an IPX4 weatherproof rating, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in normal conditions. IPX4 means the units are splash-resistant from any direction. They are not designed for full submersion.
Please note: the Ultra X1 Chiller does not carry an IPX4 rating and should be used indoors or in a sheltered outdoor position.
Do Vital+ products emit harmful chemicals?
No. Vital+ products are engineered to operate without producing harmful chemical byproducts during normal use. Our infrared and steam sauna technologies do not generate dangerous emissions such as ozone or volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Are Vital+ products safe for allergies and sensitivities?
Vital+ uses high-quality materials across all products. Components including insulation, seals, and tent materials are selected and tested for safe use in consumer environments.
