Our XEN Infrared Wooden Sauna and SaunaPod (Infrared and Steam) are designed with low EMF in mind, measuring 3.8 mG at just 20mm from the heater panel. At normal seating distance, exposure drops further, well within the range most experts consider safe for prolonged use.

For context, the Swedish standard, one of the more conservative international benchmarks, recommends staying under 2.5 mG for extended exposure, with most guidance suggesting under 3 mG at seating distance as a safe threshold.
