  • Read the User Manual: Before using your SaunaPod, thoroughly read the manufacturer's instructions. This will include specific safety guidelines.
  • Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before entering the SaunaPod.
  • Time Limit: Limit your sauna sessions to a safe time threshold. Generally, 15-20 minutes is recommended, but this can vary based on individual health and tolerance. Avoid long sessions as they can lead to overheating or dehydration.
  • Steamer safety: Note the Steam sauna operates with an external steam unit that will contain boiling hot water whilst running, to avoid accidents please ensure the steamer unit is away from the sauna, children and pets. Only use the remote control to operate the steamer when on
  • Temperature: Start with a lower temperature setting and gradually increase it to a comfortable level. Avoid excessively high temperatures.
  • Medical Conditions: Consult with a healthcare professional before using your SaunaPod if you have health concerns, such as heart problems, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or if you are pregnant.
