- Where do we ship from?
- Australia & New Zealand: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia to all locations in Australia and New Zealand
- United States: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Chino, California
- United Kingdom: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Essex, United Kingdom
- Who do you use as a carrier?
- Australia: Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Specific tracking details and notifications will be provided when your order is shipped.
- New Zealand: Australia Post & their partner carrier NZ Post.
- United States: UPS, USPS, XPO or other carriers. Specific tracking details and notifications will be provided when your order is shipped.
- United Kingdom: DPD
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping: Our warehouse will require 1-2 business days to pick, pack and ship your order. This is dependent on time and date of the order placed. This is standard across all of our warehouse locations.
- How long does delivery take?
- Australia
- Parcel Post (standard delivery): Same state: 2-3 business days, Interstate: 3-6 business day
- Express Shipping: Same state: 1-2+ business days, Interstate: 1-3+ business days.
- New Zealand:
- 4-7 business days from order being shipped.
- United States:
- Standard Service: 3-4 business days from shipping date
- Express Service: 1-2 business days from shipping date
- Hawaii & Alaska: 5-8 business days from shipping date
- United Kingdom:
- 1-2 business days for major cities; 3+ for remote areas. Refer to your tracking details provided for updates.
- Exception or delays:
- Shipping and Delivery Timeframes are provided as guidelines. Delays to these estimated timeframes may occur around sales periods, peak season (pre and post XMAS) and any other unforeseen situations.

- Standard Shipping Costs are included in the cost of the final purchase price
- Express Shipping Options may be available at checkout. Additional charges apply, review your options at checkout for delivery timeframes and costs.
- Reshipping: Where orders are returned or delivery method is failed, the cost of redelivery is borne by the customer. Our customer service team will confirm the amount to be passed on a case by case basis
- Order Cancellation Post Fulfilment: Whilst we endeavor to cancel orders prior to shipping, this is not always possible. For customer wishing to cancel orders after fulfilment has occurred, the cost of delivery and return is the responsibility of the customer.

- Australia: GST is included in the purchase price for Australian customers.
- New Zealand: Orders shipped to NZ may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by region.
- United States: Domestic US orders typically do not incur additional import duties. Sales tax may apply depending on your state’s regulations.
- United Kingdom: Domestic UK orders typically do not incur additional import duties. Sales tax may apply depending on your state’s regulations.
- Shipping Restrictions & Recommendations
- Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: Delivery times may exceed the typical estimates. Surcharges could apply.
- P.O. Boxes: Some oversized items (e.g., saunas, ice baths) cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is preferred.
- Inspection on Delivery: We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please document with photos and contact [email protected] within 48 hours.
- Shipments Lost in Transit
- Shipments lost in transit are subject to a claim or investigation to be completed by the allocated carrier
- Claims and investigation may take up to 30 days to be resolved by the carrier
- The recourse is subject to the outcome of the investigation process and may result in no refund, refund or a replacement being shipped
