The tub must sit on:

• A completely level surface
  

• A stable, load-bearing base
  

• A surface that can support the filled weight
  

If it rocks or tilts:

1. Check the floor with a spirit level
   

2. Ensure the base is flat and stable
   

Uneven support can cause stress on the wood and liner.
