Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification by email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking to become active. If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder first.

Depending on the product you've ordered, your delivery may be handled by different carriers. Portable products typically ship via standard carriers, while premium items such as cedar tubs or saunas may be fulfilled through specialist freight or white-glove delivery partners.
