The XEN comes with a 3-Year Warranty

We build saunas to last a lifetime. Our carbon mica heaters are rated for 50,000+ hours of use, and we back that quality with a robust support structure.

1. Our Warranty Coverage

• 3-Year Parts Warranty: We cover all defects in materials, workmanship, and mechanical components (heater controls, power supplies, wiring, and audio systems) for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• 1-Year Full Warranty on Red-light panel. If you need a replacement after your warranty, we will supply it to you at cost price
  

• Parts Availability: Even if your warranty expires, we keep essential parts in stock for your specific model. If you need a replacement after your warranty, we will supply it to you at cost price—no profit markup.
  
  

2. What’s Included?

• Parts Replacement: If a covered component fails within the warranty period, we provide the replacement parts at no cost to you.
  
  

3. Exclusions & Care (The "Fine Print")

To keep your XEN in peak condition, please note what isn't covered:

• Misuse & Neglect: Damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or using the unit in a way it wasn't intended.

• Environmental Factors: Saunas must be placed in indoor or fully sheltered areas unless explicitly sold as an "Outdoor Spec" model. Controls and electrical components must be kept dry—water or sweat damage to electronics is not covered.

• Natural Wear: Cosmetic issues like light scratches, minor dents, or timber staining from natural usage are considered character and do not affect functionality.

• Timber Movement: Small "checking" (fine cracks) or resin variations are a normal part of the wood’s reaction to heat and are not structural defects.
