What is the warranty?
The XEN comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. You can purchase an additional 12 months at checkout for extended coverage. For warranty claims, provide order details and photos to Customer Support and we’ll advise next
How do I request the extended 12-month warranty?
Purchase the optional extended warranty at checkout or Contact Support within the ordering window, or immediately after purchase.
Does the warranty cover glass breakage?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Glass damaged in transit is handled via Carrier Claims — document damage at delivery & Contact Support for return instructions.
