- Australia & New Zealand: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia to all locations in Australia and New Zealand
- United States: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California
- United Kingdom: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Essex, United Kingdom
- Who do you use as a carrier?
- Australia: Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Specific tracking details and notifications will be provided when your order is shipped.
- New Zealand: Australia Post & their partner carrier NZ Post.
- United States: UPS, USPS, XPO or other carriers. Specific tracking details and notifications will be provided when your order is shipped.
- United Kingdom: DPD
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping: Our warehouse will require 1-2 business days to pick, pack and ship your order. This is dependent on time and date of the order placed. This is standard across all of our warehouse locations.
- How long does delivery take?
- Australia
- Parcel Post (standard delivery): Same state: 2-3 business days, Interstate: 3-6 business day
- Express Shipping: Same state: 1-2+ business days, Interstate: 1-3+ business days.
- New Zealand:
- 4-7 business days from order being shipped.
- United States:
- 1-2 days for West Coast states, 5–7 business days for contiguous US states. Refer to your tracking details provided for updates.
- United Kingdom:
- 1-2 business days for major cities; 3+ for remote areas. Refer to your tracking details provided for updates.
- Exception or delays:
