What is your warranty policy?Updated 21 days ago

  • Limited Warranty
    • This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not supersede, any non-excludable statutory rights you may hold under relevant law. It does not limit or override those rights in any way. Consumers may submit a claim under this Limited Warranty, and may also exercise their statutory consumer rights. 
    • Vital+ (“we,” “us,” and “our”) extends the following Limited Warranty to the purchaser (“you” and “your”) of the products.
    • Note: This Limited Warranty is valid only for products that you bought through our online store located at https://getvitalplus.com/ 
  • What Is Covered? Coverage, Length & Scope
    • The product you purchase from Vital+ will conform to the descriptions provided prior to or at the time of sale.
    • The product will be of reasonably satisfactory quality.
    • Where a specific need has been disclosed and agreed upon, the product will be fit for that particular purpose.
    • Ice Bath Barrel and Ice Bath Pro (inflatable products) include a 30 day warranty from the time of delivery and include any structure defects or leakages. Issues that arise beyond this period are more likely the result of accidental damage, or improper use—rather than a fault in production
    • The Ultra X1 Chiller, Ultra X2 and UltraMax units come with a 1-year full warranty which includes a servicing arrangement for any issues from the date of delivery. Any chiller unit deemed to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting will be sent to our repair center for further inspection and repair. 
      If the issue falls within the warranty period and is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Vital+ will cover the full cost of shipping the unit to and from our repair center.
      Repairs typically take between 10 to 20 business days, though this may vary depending on the nature of the issue and repair queue. While we aim to complete repairs promptly, we cannot guarantee exact turnaround times
    • The Steam and Infrared SaunaPod offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. 
    • All components related to the Ice Bath, SaunaPods, and Chiller units—such as connectors, poles, hoses, and similar parts—are also covered under our 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, provided the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect
    • Where products are purchased as part of a bundle packaged, warranties periods eligibility and resolutions are applicable to each specific product type within the bundle 
  • What Is Not Covered?
    • Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic scratches, surface scuffs, or aging.
    • Misuse or Accidental Damage: Damage due to improper setup, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or neglect (including poor water maintenance in ice baths).
    • Environmental Factors: Mold or mildew from improper storage, rust/corrosion due to external conditions, or damage from adverse weather such as winds, rain and floods.
    • Consumables: Filters, seals, or other consumable parts (unless deemed defective upon receipt).
    • Instances of abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or water damage, customer-arranged transportation, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
    • Product or Components which have exceeded the Coverage Length & Scope
  • How to File a Warranty Claim
    • Contact Us: Email [email protected] OR enter a contact form via our website, ensuring to include the below details - failure to provide may result in a claim being voided due to failure to substantiate the claim:
      • Name
      • Date of Purchase
      • Photos / Videos of the issue, defect, damage
      • Order # 
    • Eligibility Assessment: Our team will assess the claim and will provide a written outcome confirming the eligibility OR ineligibility of the warranty claim based on the guidelines of the aforementioned Coverage, Length & Scope. For your warranty claims to be considered eligible, you must contact Vital+ and submit your claims within 14 days of noticing the defect.
    • Resolution: 
      • If approved, we will offer repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement—depending on the severity of the defect. The specific resolution is at Vital+’s discretion dependent upon 
      • Replacements: 
        • Replacements are processed free of charge and Vital+ cover the cost of the goods and delivery
        • Replacements will be provided for you to complete your own repairs and will provide instructions or guidance on how to complete this. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third party; however, we will not be responsible for any labor costs associated with such replacements.
        • Where replacements or components are required, we may require you to return defective parts or goods. If so, Vital will provide direction on 
        • Repairs: 
          • Repairs are offered on our Chiller, Chiller Ultra and Chiller Max units. Note: repairs may take 10-20 business days to be completed from collection, inspection, repair or replacement. This is dependent on geographical location, transport and repair timelines. 
          • Where a unit is found to be unrepairable, Vital will offer to send a replacement unit free of charge
      • If a claim is rejected, the customer service agent will provide a written outcome outlining the reason for the warranty rejection. 
        • A claim may be rejected if no evidence can be provided to substantiate your claim
      • Refund/Partial Refund: 
        • In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a warranty failure, we will refund the purchase price you paid, minus any amount reasonably attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product before the non-conformance was identified. 
        • Should you choose to retain the unrepaired Product, we may also consider providing a partial refund to reflect its diminished value.
  • Warranty Expenses
    • Where warranty claims are approved: 
      • Vital+ bears any reasonable costs related to the returning of products, other than any costs incurred by the consumer in returning the goods in person to the place where the consumer took physical possession of them.
      • If the product requires repair or replacement of the goods, Vital+ bears any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or return, delivery, redelivery postage).
    • Where warranty claims are rejected: 
      • Replacements: the cost of replacements, components, shipping and delivery are incurred by the customer
      • Repairs: Where a unit is found to be in working order, re delivery costs are incurred by the customer
  • Limitation on transferability of warranties
    • The Vital+ Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. All subsequent owners of the Vital+ Product acquire it “as is.” Any attempt to transfer any warranty in violation of this paragraph will void the warranty.
    • When a product is purchased as a gift, it remains covered under the same warranty terms. The gift recipient may be required to present proof of purchase, or otherwise confirm that the product falls within the warranty period originally granted to the buyer. All other warranty conditions and limitations apply equally, regardless of who owns or uses the gifted product.
  • Disclaimer
    • The MANUFACTURER AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation, loss of use of and cost for removal of defective product even if the Manufacturer was advised of the possibility of damage, and damage. The liability of the Manufacturer under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. Coverage under this limited warranty shall commence as of the original date of delivery and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for many reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by the Manufacturer and its designated representatives.
  • Legal Rights
    • This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights. No warranties apply to Vital’s products except those expressly stated in this document or as implied under applicable state and federal laws. You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state. Because some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, disclaimers of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
