This is a required part of the process for all warranty claims.&#xA0;Each round is specific to what you&apos;re experiencing. If it doesn&apos;t, we move to the claim assessment.<hr>Step 3: Claim assessmentOnce troubleshooting has been completed without resolution, our team will assess the fault against your warranty coverage. We&apos;ll confirm whether the claim is approved and advise on the resolution path.At this stage we may also ask for confirmation of routine maintenance (particularly for chillers), as warranty coverage can be affected if recommended maintenance hasn&apos;t been followed.<hr>Step 4: ResolutionResolution depends on the product and the nature of the fault.
