How to use a code
Enter it in the discount code box at checkout and press Apply before you pay. The discount shows in your order total before you confirm.

Why a code might not work

• It doesn’t combine with sale pricing. During Black Friday and other sales, our prices are already reduced, and codes can’t be added on top unless the offer says so.
• One code per order.
• There’s a minimum spend. For example, our VITAL150 gives $150 off orders of $1,000 or more.
• It’s limited to new customers, certain products or certain regions.
• It has expired.
• It was typed incorrectly. Codes are often case-sensitive, so copy and paste them.

Forgot to add your code?
We can’t add a code to an order after it’s been placed. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, you can ask us to cancel it and then reorder with the code. See Cancellation Policy.

Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from getvitalplus.com. Still nothing? Contact us with the email address you signed up with.
