I have an E2 ErrorUpdated a month ago

The E2 error indicates that there is air trapped in the lines. Thankfully, there are some easy troubleshooting steps.

First and foremost,  ensure the water level in the tub is higher than the height of the chiller. Once confirmed follow the following steps

1) Turn the chiller unit off on the display

2) Open the small filter unit with the wrench provided in your repair kit and ensure that this is thoroughly cleaned. Place the filter back into the unit and secure with the wrench, ensure it is tight

2a) If you have a large 20 micron filter and the filter cartridge does look dirty, please remove the filter cartridge from the housing unit to test if that is the cause of the issue (filter may require replacing). Screw the lid of the housing on once you have removed your dirty large filter

3) Check your hose connection points at the bath and chiller unit are secure and ensure these are hand tight

4) Now to release any air that was trapped, unscrew the drain to release water and wait until the water is coming out continuously in one motion.

5)  Screw the drain cap back on.

6) Again, ensure the water level in the tub is higher than the height of the chiller before turning it on

7) Turn the chiller unit back on after waiting a few seconds.
