I have an E2 ErrorUpdated 3 days ago
If youre experience an E2 error with your Chiller Ultra unit, this relates to a water flow issue. Follow the below steps and video to alleviate this issue:
1) Turn off the chiller unit
2) Unscrew the drain to release water and wait until the water is coming out continuously in one motion.
3) Screw the drain back on.
4) Ensure the water level in the tub is higher than the height of the chiller before turning it on.
5) Turn the chiller unit back on after waiting a few seconds.
