Shipping to New Zealand — Updated 20/1/26

Effective immediately, orders containing certain products (including the Ultra X2 Chiller) will be fulfilled from different locations to get products to you faster.

📦 How NZ Orders Are Shipped

Split Shipping Applies for Bundles with the Ultra X2

  • If your order includes an Ultra X2 Chiller (or any bundle that contains it), your shipment may arrive in more than one delivery.

  • This is because different items in your order are shipped from different fulfilment centres.

✈️ Fulfilment Locations & Timelines

  • Ultra X2 Chiller

    • Shipped from Auckland, New Zealand

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Other Items in Your Order

    • Fulfilled from our Sydney, Australia warehouse

    • Delivery timeline follows our standard international shipping policy 5-7 business days

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.


⏳ Order Processing

  • All NZ orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase from the designated fulfilment centre


📝 What This Means for You

  • You may receive parts of your order earlier than the rest.

  • Shipping charges shown at checkout already account for split shipping — no extra costs for multiple deliveries.

🔄 Returns for NZ Orders

  • ALL Stock in NZ incl. Ultra X2 Chiller Returns 

    • Can now be returned locally to our Auckland facility (details provided after requesting a return).

  • Other Products

    • Continue to follow the existing return process to our international return centre as noted in the broader policy.

⚠️ Note: If your order ships in multiple packages, each returned item needs to follow the correct return location and process. Our CS team will confirm this when issuing return instructions.
