These terms apply to all Vital+ sales, promo codes, bundles and limited-time offers, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Sale pricing
Sale prices are shown on each product page. “Up to” offers (for example, “up to 50% off”) mean the discount varies by product. Not every product is reduced by the maximum amount. Where we show a “was” price, it’s a genuine price the product was recently sold at.

Promo codes

• One code per order. Codes can’t be combined with other codes, sale pricing or offers unless we say so.
• Codes must be entered at checkout. We can’t apply a code to an order after it’s placed.
• Codes have no cash value and may be limited to certain products, new customers or a minimum spend, as stated in the offer.

Gifts with purchase
Free gifts are available while stocks last and can’t be swapped for cash or a different item. If you return the product that qualified for the gift, the gift needs to come back too, or we’ll deduct its value from your refund.

Bundles
Bundle savings are based on the combined regular price of the items. If you return part of a bundle, we’ll deduct the value of the items you keep from your refund.

Price adjustments
If a product you bought drops in price within 24 hours of your order, we’ll refund the difference once. Contact us within 24 hours of the price change with your order number.

Price adjustments don’t apply:

• when a sitewide sale event begins, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or End of Financial Year
• to promo codes, bundles or gift-with-purchase offers
• to orders placed more than 24 hours before the price change.

If your order hasn’t been packed yet and you’d prefer the sale price, you’re welcome to cancel and reorder. Cancellation timing is set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full. We’ll always let you know.

Changes to promotions
We may change or end a promotion early, for example, if stock runs out. This doesn’t affect orders already placed.

Your rights
Sale items have the same returns, warranty and consumer rights as full-price items.
