How long does the Ice Bath take to set up?
The Ice Bath takes as little as 5 minutes to set-up. On delivery, you will receive a user manual with direction on how to complete the set up, the list of components and a QR code link with a demonstration.
How often do I have to replace the water in my Ice Bath?
Generally we recommend cleaning every 2 weeks or 3 if you are using the tub a few times each week. Our team personally uses their tubs every morning and replace the water every 3 weeks. Additionally, many of our customers are also using pool cleaning
Do I need to add ice every time?
Yes, you will need to freeze water in the ice packs provided in your kit, unless you have a Chiller unit which will cool the water for you. Note: the use of a chiller unit will support in maintaining lower temperatures without continuous ice replenis
Is it safe to fully submerge my torso and head?
Standard practice involves submersion up to your chest. Submerging your head isn’t typically recommended, especially for beginners.
Is it suitable for indoor or outdoor use?

Yes, this models feature an integrated drain valve, making it easy to empty and clean.
Can I move the Bath once filled?
When full, it’s quite heavy. It’s best to position it where you want it before filling. If empty, it can be relocated more easily.
