Letting the heat build around you is more effective (and more comfortable!) than stepping into maximum heat.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Keep your&#xA0;first sessions to 20&#x2013;30 minutes while your body adjusts. You can build from there.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Use the Red Light panel during your session, not just before or after. The dual wavelength works best with sustained exposure.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Chromotherapy is worth experimenting with. Blue and cooler tones are well suited to evening sessions; warmer tones work well for morning or pre-workout use.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">The XEN produces a genuine sweat so go in well hydrated and rehydrate immediately after.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Evening sessions are particularly effective for sleep.
